In collaboration with Explore! Children’s Museum of Washington, D.C. the Explore! exhibit at the National Portrait Gallery provides kiddos from the ages of 18-months to 8 years a dedicated space. Opening this Saturday, January 28th, the exhibit will introduce the museum’s youngest visitors to portraiture. With the use of video recording, art activities and blocks children of a wide variety of ages and abilities are able to play at the level that is suitable for them. The exhibit will be open Tuesday- Sunday from 11:30 am- 6pm. Below are some photos I got from today’s sneak peak.
